• We accept bookings of families only.
• Rooms with air coolers available.
• Full advance payment at the time of booking.
• Booking amount will be refunded only if notified about the cancellation 48 hrs. before arrival.
• All rates are including taxes.
• Boating facility can be made available on prior intimation during booking and it will be chargeable.
• Basic first – aid facility available. Visitors are advised to carry their own prescribed medicines.
• Photo ID is mandatory.
• Food and beverages will be served only in the dining area according to the meal schedule.
• Aqua guard water is available.
• We do not serve alcohol.
• Guests are expected not to smoke in the rooms.
• Consumption or possession of any kind of narcotic or illegal substances will not be tolerated.
• We try our best to provide electricity to run basic amenities, like lights and fans. Guests are requested to bear with us in case of prolonged power failure.
• We discourage loud music.
• Pet animals are not allowed.
• Guests who require meals for their drivers should mention it at the time of booking and it will be charged extra.
• Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. We will not be responsible for any kinds of accidents or loss of belongings.
• All the photos clicked by us of students or guests visiting us are the property of ‘SuJay Agro Tourism’. We have complete right of its usage for commercial purposes.
• Rates are Subject To Change without Prior Notice.

Visitors to SUJAY AGRO TOURISM should understand that they are visiting a working agricultural farm. It is covered with trees and vegetation, deep water bodies etc. as an inherent part of the agricultural farm. Though we have taken due care for the safety of our guests, we do not have total control on accidents happening due to fall of trees, fruits etc. Also, some insects and animals are part & parcel of the farm. Visitors are expected to take care when they are on the farm
